Answers before you book

We rent roll-off bins in 10, 14, 20, and 40 yard sizes. The 10, 14, and 20 yard bins are great for cleanouts, remodels, and demolition; the 40 yard is our largest for major cleanouts. Not sure which fits? Call us at 905-807-0844 and we’ll help you choose.

Every rental includes a 7-day rental period, delivery, pickup, and 1 ton of weight (on the 10, 14, and 20 yard bins). The 40 yard is priced lower because its tonnage is billed separately.

Extra weight is $120 per ton, billed to the exact scale weight. Your online payment is a prepayment toward the final bill — if you go over, the difference is invoiced afterward; if you come in under, there’s nothing more to pay.

Your rental includes 7 days. Need it longer? It’s $10/day after that, or call us for a better long-term rate. Extensions need a quick renewal so we can hold the bin for you, since it may be booked for another customer.

We deliver in 2-hour windows so you know when to expect us. Need it sooner than you can schedule online? Call 905-807-0844 and we’ll confirm capacity for an ASAP drop.

Please ensure vehicles are out of the way so we have space to deliver the bin.

Yes — just give us 24–48 hours’ notice so we can schedule a driver, and please don’t move the bin yourself.

• Move it on the same property (e.g. driveway to backyard): flat $165 relocation fee.
• Move it to a new address: flat $165 haulage/trip fee.
• Emptied & returned if you fill up early: flat $165 Empty & Return Fee, plus the weight hauled away (your included ton applies across the rental; anything over is $120/ton).

Fine to toss: general household items, construction & demolition debris (drywall, wood, flooring, roofing), appliances, furniture, and yard waste. Bagged waste is fine when securely contained.

Never accepted: asbestos or hazardous materials, gasoline / diesel / combustible liquids, deceased animals or animal waste, and medical or radioactive materials.

Special-disposal items — we’ll take them, but keep them obvious. Tires, paint & chemicals, batteries, propane tanks, and fridges/A/C (Freon) can’t be buried in the load. Set them to the side or on top of the bin where our driver can see them (and add them at checkout) and we’ll dispose of them for you. If they’re mixed into the load we can’t separate them and they may be refused.

Reserve online, then send an Interac e-Transfer using your order number as the reference. With auto-deposit on, there’s no security question. Your delivery is confirmed via email once the e-Transfer lands — we’ll confirm the drop-off location, date, and time. e-Transfers are final once sent — see our Terms for the cancellation and refund policy.

We serve West Lincoln, Smithville, Grimsby, Beamsville, Lincoln, St. Catharines, and the wider Niagara region. Measured from our yard: 0–30 km is free, 31–45 km is $25, and 46–60 km is $50. Past 60 km, give us a call for a custom rate.
